Terms of Service

1. Service overview
ComeBackDirect ("we", "our", "the Service") is a website-building tool that helps vacation rental hosts create their own private direct booking page, generated from their existing Airbnb listing. The Service is operated by ComeBackDirect SAS, a company registered in France. ComeBackDirect is not a property management company, travel agency, or booking platform — we provide technology to help you build and manage your own independent website.
2. Account registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription and billing
The Service offers a free setup. When you publish a listing, a monthly subscription is required. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Content and listings
You retain ownership of all content (photos, descriptions, pricing) imported from your Airbnb listing or entered manually. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display this content on your direct booking page. You represent that you have the right to use and publish this content.
5. Guest bookings and payments
ComeBackDirect facilitates the connection between hosts and guests. Guest payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you connect your Stripe account, payments are transferred directly to you with a small platform fee deducted. Until a Stripe account is connected, payments are held by the platform and settled manually.
6. Host responsibilities — contracts, insurance, and compliance
ComeBackDirect is a website-building tool only. We are not a party to any rental agreement between you and your guests. As the property owner or manager, you are solely and entirely responsible for:
- Establishing and managing rental contracts, terms, and conditions with your guests as you see fit
- Obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for your property and rental activity (including liability, property damage, and guest injury insurance)
- Complying with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations, including short-term rental permits, tax obligations, tourist tax collection, and safety requirements
- Handling all guest relations, including check-in, check-out, house rules, security deposits, cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolution
- Ensuring the accuracy of your listing information, pricing, and availability
ComeBackDirect provides no advice or guarantees regarding legal, tax, insurance, or regulatory matters. You should consult appropriate professionals for guidance on these topics. We disclaim any and all liability arising from the relationship between you and your guests.
7. Calendar synchronization
The Service synchronizes availability with your Airbnb calendar via iCal. While we make reasonable efforts to keep availability accurate, we cannot guarantee real-time synchronization. You are responsible for preventing double bookings.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to list properties you do not own or manage, publish fraudulent or misleading content, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComeBackDirect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost bookings, revenue, or data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your listing will be taken offline.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
